Fellside lodge benefits from a parking area to the front large enough to park two cars. There is a raised path that runs around the outside to the rear of the lodge.

The rear is a paved area with outdoor seating ideal for entertaining. It is gated and fully enclosed. There is a pergola that houses a hot tub, screened by beautiful jasmine plants.

 

There is a hot and cold running outdoor tap ideal for washing muddy boots and muddy dogs before entering the property.

Access to the house from the back is through a split stable door and from the front though a solid front door and small porch.

The borders and rear of the lodge are well planted, in keeping with the area and the exterior of the lodge is well lit in the evenings.

There is also access to the locked garage to store bicycles, canoes or outdoor equipment.
